Your order will be carefully packaged, and delivery takes between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Returns

If you change your mind, or if your purchase isn’t quite right, no worries! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.

Please note that we don’t cover return shipping. Feel free to use any local courier service you prefer to send back the item(s).

How to Return? It's easy...

• Pack It Up: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring they are unused, with price tags attached, and in the original packaging. If possible, reuse the original packaging.
• Return Form: Fill out the return form and place it inside your package. If you need one, download it here.
• Ship It: Send your parcel to our warehouse and get proof of purchase with a tracking number from the postal service.

Exchanges

Want to exchange something? Just place a new order on our website and return the original item following the steps above.

Refunds

We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used. If items aren’t in original condition, a deduction may be made from your refund.

Outside the EU

For returns from outside the EU, please contact hello@cleverpepper.com with your return tracking number and item details.
